This package includes your comprehensive hormone consultation, medical review, and your prescription sent to the pharmacy of your choice (to be filed through insurance).
Laboratory testing will be run through your insurance whenever possible, with the frequency of follow-up labs depending on your individualized treatment plan clinical needs.
