Cancellation, No-Show, & Deposit Policy

At Rocktown Medical Spa, we value the time of both our patients and providers. In order to provide the highest level of care and maintain appointment availability for all patients, we kindly ask that you provide adequate notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellation Policy

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations or appointment changes. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a late cancellation fee.

No-Show & Late Cancellation Policy

Injectable, Tox, & Laser Appointments

Appointments for neurotoxins (Botox/Dysport/etc.), dermal filler, laser treatments, Morpheus8, and other advanced aesthetic injectable services will incur a $200 late cancellation or no-show fee if canceled with less than 24 hours notice or missed without notice.

Injection Appointment Policy

Appointments for Medical Weight Loss injections, Tri-Immune injections, and other injection-only visits will incur a $15 no-show fee for missed appointments without notice.

Medical Weight Loss (MWL) & HRT Consultation Policy

Medical Weight Loss and Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) consultation appointments require a $100 deposit at the time of scheduling. Deposits will be applied toward your appointment total. Patients who no-show or cancel with less than 24 hours notice will forfeit their deposit.

General Consultation Policy

General consultations and other provider consultation visits require a $50 deposit at the time of scheduling. Patients who no-show or cancel with less than 24 hours notice will forfeit their deposit.

Deposit Policy

Certain appointments require a deposit at the time of scheduling to reserve your appointment time. Deposits: Are applied toward your treatment total May be transferred with proper notice Are non-refundable for late cancellations or no-shows Late Arrival Policy

Patients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their appointment rescheduled or canceled depending on provider availability. A $50 late arrival fee may apply if the appointment cannot be completed due to tardiness.

Repeated Missed Appointments

Patients with repeated no-shows or chronic late cancellations may: Be required to keep a card on file Prepay for future appointments Lose scheduling privileges with Rocktown Medical Spa.

Policy Acknowledgement

By scheduling an appointment, patients acknowledge and agree to the cancellation, no-show, deposit, and late arrival policies outlined above.
